Ceramic coatings (nano-coatings) and Paint Protection Films (PPF) are both popular choices for protecting the paint of a vehicle. And there certainly are some myths and misconceptions associated with these materials.

One of these myths states that ceramic coatings can make your car completely scratch-proof. The reality is that they offer a great layer of protection, but there can still be some deep or heavy scratches, which can have a negative impact on your vehicle.

And, although the PPF Denver coatings very durable, these coatings are not permanent. In fact, their longevity is influenced by several different factors, such as the quality of the coating, local climate, etc. At any rate, they usually last for a few years.
