Came here about a month ago for repairs to the bumper on my Nissan cube and the staff was super friendly Jeff was very detailed about the repair process and the customer service was amazing. They treated my car like it was a Ferrari, and even detailed it for me Highly recommend this place.
It's hard to find a body shop you can trust. But, these guys were great! They did a marvelous job at a great price! Ask for Jeff. He's top notch. Didn't get the feeling at all that they were cheating me in any way. Moreover, they went out of their way to take care of issues that came up afterward at no extra charge. I've spent most of my childhood under the hood of a car with my dad, so I know when a mechanic is telling the truth. I trust these guys and highly recommend them.
This was the fifth auto body place I called or visited to repair some damage to the front end of my 1998 Lexus LS400. Every other place indicated doubts that they could find the correct parts due to the age of the car which was otherwise in great condition. Some shops even tried to get the parts and over weeks of calling them back they finally admitted they couldn't find all the needed items, including the bumper. This place alone said "Sure, we could probably get them (and took extensive pictures) but we'll call you back in an hour and let you know for sure." As promised, they called me back within one hour and told me they had located all the many parts! They provided a detailed and accurate written estimate and were also honest that a few more things might come up once they started taking things apart (which happened, but not too bad). The garage is super clean and their work was impeccable. The car looked factory new when they were done. Since this was a self-pay instead of... an insurance pay, they took care to repair some of the inside parts rather than merely replace them at top cost. It still cost a lot of money but I was so very pleased with their work and highly recommend them! I had read other good reviews of them on this site (which led me to trust them) and they were not fake! I was not disappointed but was thrilled with their detailed and careful work even though it took 10 days to complete the process. I was told it would look like new and by golly they kept their word. I can honestly say these guys are the absolute best autobody shop in Colorado. I highly recommend AutoImage360! I have never been to a better autobody shop in my life! They have so many 5 star reviews so I decided to get an estimate.Someone sideswiped my car and ruined the passenger side and I trusted AutoImage360 more than the BMW dealership for collision work. They did not cut any corners or take any shortcuts and the paint work turned out absolutely perfect. I am a bit of a perfectionist with my car and they fixed it without a single flaw. Jeff and his team are true professionals and even detailed my car after I handed off for my collision repair - awesome customer service.They even worked with my insurance directly and made sure all the damage was properly included in the estimate (many insurances try to cheap out on estimates to save money). He got all official parts and made sure it was perfect. My car looked better than when I bought it honestly.Their facility is better... than any other i've ever seen as well - saw a Lamborghini and mclaren being worked on here too. Ive been ripped off at other body shops in the past, especially at dealerships and going forward I will only have AutoImage360 work on my car.
